2025 brings changes at Denson's!

The 'Chesapeake Beast' has been officially retired! She has been a huge part of our success, but it is time to shift gears. Are we still going to be serving our food at Special Events? We sure are, but not as many. We will be purchasing a New 'State of the Art' double outdoor fryer and grill. A new, heavy duty 20' x 10' tent complete with the Denson's Logo.

BOX LUNCHES: This is a MAIN focus for us. Corporate Events, Meetings, and more. Our new Boxes will be arriving soon (They are very heavy duty, Stackable, and will feature our logo, Website, and pertinent info. We will also have a new Box lunch menu featuring New sandwiches and selection of sides. Our Box lunches have become very popular over the years and it make sense to have a broader focus in this area. We will be providing delivery to offices and companies in a 50 mile radius. Our team is excited for this enhanced part of our catering business.

CATERING: We will continue to cater parties and events. Our menu has a broad range of items to choose from. We will continue to provide Full Service complete with Servers & Bar Service or Drop off with disposable or Silver Serving Platters. In addition, we offer themed dinners, such as Oyster Roasts, Crawfish Boils, Low Country Boils, Lobster boils, and a Chesapeake Bay themed offering featuring local fare.

SMALL PLATE WINE PAIRING DINNERS AND PRIVATE DINNERS: These are so much fun. Yes, we will still be doing these!!!!!!!

CRAB CAKES: Since we launched Denson's Crab Cake Co., we have been humbled by the overall response. As of date, you can find our product at Garner's Produce in Warsaw, Miller Farms Market in Locust Grove, and during the Summer Season at Norman's Farm Markets in Bethesda and Chevy Chase. Our plan is to add a couple more stores. We have not given up on shipping Crab Cakes! Rocky will be meeting with UPS and Fedex in the next couple of weeks. (Fingers Crossed).

WEBSITE: It is currently being developed by local Webmaster Deborah Newman, owner of Petite Taway, Inc, and is very close to being launched. We have seen it, and it is beautiful. We are looking forward to providing online ordering and accepting online payments for box lunches, crab cakes, and more. Stay Tuned!

SUMMARY: In looking at all of these changes, it seems as though we are looking to grow our business. In fact, we are becoming more streamlined. Our staff has been with us for a long time, and needs very little oversight concerning preparation and delivery. They are professional and take much pride in producing quality products which in turn gives Rocky more travel and pool time in 2025!
