January 26th! Our 1st Small Plate Wine Pairing Dinner of 2025 at Back Porch Vineyard

We are so excited to have our first small plate wine pairing dinner for 2025 featuring Denson's Chesapeake Bay Farm to Table Catering & Food Truck The dinner will be January 26th at 6:00 pm. We Cut, Diced and Prepped today. Goes in the oven tomorrow. (We did bake the Jalapeno Cornbread today)


Rocky oven roasted the Jalapenos, put them in the processor, and added them to our Cornbread Mix. Wow, the final product was beautiful. And delicious. Chef had to give it a taste. Great flavor with very little heat.


For the Elk Salisbury Steak, Fell's Point meats took care of use with some very nice ground Elk.. This is the course that is plated over Yukon Gold Mash and finished with Onion Gravy. We also roasted the Vidalia onions today to bring out the sweetness.


Fell's provided us with a gorgeous Loin of Bison, which will be the centerpiece of our Bison Stew. The Turduckens (3 of them) are ready for the oven in the morning! Turkey, Duck, and Chicken, Stuffed with Boudin! It's going to be a nice dinner. See you there!
